Are you a Lead Product Designer looking for a new challenge?
We are partnering with a PropTech currently revolutionising the home-buying experience by creating a user-friendly platform that can be used by all involved (estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, and other stakeholders).
You will be responsible for creating low-fidelity mockups, producing high-fidelity designs to communicate product iterations to the development team, and continually discover the most optimal digital user journeys for home buyers.
You will have significant experience designing beautiful digital products and the ability to learn from customers and stakeholders to craft digital journeys that will users will love!
As the Lead Product Designer, you'll have a core impact on the 1500 consumers passing through their platform monthly. You'll be working with a small, closely-knit team of A+ players who believe in quality over quantity.
They offer a flexible salary, with a range of £70-110k, and the option to take some of your salary as share options so you can participate in the upside growth of the company's value. Ideally as the leading team, you will have the ability to come to London at least once a week and collaborate with the team while eventually growing out your own team.
You will be working with an awesome founder, who truly believes in putting his employees first. The interview process will be an initial call with the founder, followed by meeting the wider team (short task) and the last stage will be dinner with everyone in the business.
