Are you a Contract Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Tech, Software Engineering, Product or Design? By getting onboard with us at numi at this stage of our growth, you will have the ability to collaborate with respected and experienced colleagues and take your career to the next level.
To date, Contract is well over 50% of our business bringing in over £1.5m annually between just two people right now, and we naturally see this evolving by welcoming exciting people to work with us. Two of our founders are solid Contract Recruiters who have built up successful businesses three-times over. How often do you get that level of coaching?

How will you be working with us?
You will source and support candidates to develop their careers
You will win business by being agile and knowledgeable – a true partner for your clients
Manage, nurture and develop our existing clients by collaborating with other numi’s
Build an enviable book of runners, and support them by becoming part of the wider community.
Showcase your personal brand as well as representing numi by elevating your position in the market through events, seminars and meaningful engagement
What we are looking for:
You should have at least 18 months experience, be well-established in your market have a real desire for excellence. By aligning yourself with our values:
