You will join a team is at the heart of building a new venture, focused on developing products that put the customer at the centre.

You will work with diverse people that come from a wide set of skills, backgrounds and experiences, ideally from a B2B background.

You and your team members have broad autonomy to collaborate and work in a cross-functional way, a team that values your opinion in every matter.

You and your teams own their work end-to-end, this is a flat org structure.

What you’ll do

As the Product Leader in Platform Services you will building a bank-as-a-service (BaaS) and a Platform-as-as-service (PaaS) from the ground up. As a Senior IC, running concept through launch, you’ll be close to the ‘doing’ and decision making.

Think of the Platform team having a horizontal team working across the 4 main verticals of the business. Which are: Cards, Core Banking & Ledger, Payments and Onboarding. You’ll be operating within your team as well as the other 4 and bringing forward the “best in practice” as the Technical expert you’ll be.

As well as being the great communicator you are. You’ll want to get stuck into the Technical aspect and show your expertise around shipping developer tools and experiences, such as API’s, client libraries and CLI’s.

You’ll be coming from a Technical Product background where you’ll have Platform Integration and API building knowledge working across complex products.

You’ll be someone who’ll be excited to work in genuine 0-1 environments and will be happy to be given full autonomy and accountability to research, implement and execute product features and being happy to manage the entire process. Both with your squads and working on the actual product too!

Minimum Requirements:

High level of autonomy and accountability. Culture-heavy, process-light.
A hands-on attitude, navigating from high-level strategy to implementation-level details with any and all teams across the organization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and solve complex customer needs.
Passionate about shipping developer tools and experiences, such as APIs, client libraries, CLIs, etc.
Expertise and experience in event-based technologies and architectures, such as webhooks, Pulsar, Kafka, etc.
Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven experience working closely with engineering teams.
Strong attention to detail and quality, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Curiosity and ability to think “outside the box”, while applying a rigorous, data-led disciplined approach to product management and innovation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with B2B product management.
Experience in financial services, with deep understanding of the financial ecosystem, challenges and opportunities.
