Who you will work with?
You’ll be working closely with the Head of Product who has been working within the HealthTech industry over the last 8 years and has worked for businesses such as Babylon Health. You’ll be working with a global team of 45 people with 30 of them based throughout Africa and Europe. You’ll be working in a highly skilled team of 7 Engineers, 1 Product Design person and 1 Data Scientist. They are a flat organisation and plan on being so for 12 months but their plan is to raise a Series B mid way through 2024!

They have created a lightweight, connectable application that improves access to care and save lives. They are expanding to reach millions of new patients in Africa, South Asia and the Middle East by partnering with NGOs, Governments, and healthcare professionals around the world.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be working as the IC Product Manager in their Primary Care squad. This is their flagship service that led the way to growing the business to its current levels and helped thousands of disenfranchised people throughout Kenya and Nigeria and make Healthcare more accessable through technology. That could be through messaging and arranging appointments through to having access to their medical data.
With guidance and mentorship from the Head of Product. You’ll begin to learn and understand everything that happens in a Global HealthTech business and be involved at every touch point. Both with the Product and with other functions.
Who are you?
You’ll be 2-4 years into your Product/ Tech journey and be comfortable in communicating effectively with Engineers and other cross functional departments. You’ll be interested in everything and anything Tech For Good. You’ll connect with the companies mission and vision and this will be the main reason you are drawn to the business.
Big bonus points if you have lived in African, Middle Eastern and Far Eastern countries.
