One of the worlds largest banks is incubating and spinning out a new business accelerator. This new business is referred to as a ‘moonshot’ and will really change the Challenger bank landscape.
As an engineering Leader you will build a bank-as-a-service from the ground up, this is a zero-to-one opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders, quants, and other software engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable software applications using Java and Kotlin.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and industry standards.
Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members to ensure code quality.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, system defects, and other technical issues.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and actively share knowledge within the team.
