Who are they:
Since it's inception in 2017. The business now has 1 million DAU who trust this business with both their FX, Fiat and Crypto assets. They have added 60 heads this year and now have 140 people dedicated to building the best products in this space. The team is diverse and based across Europe. They are also regulated by the FCA.
Who are you:
Firstly. You don't need to have Crypto experience here. It's great if you do but not a pre-requisite.
You'll have deep knowledge of payment rails and gateways and will understand what it takes to build 0-1 products across ACH, BACS, CHAPS, FPS and SEPA.
You'll have come from scale up companies or in larger businesses where you have been the Product Owner/ Product Manager to lead 0-1 initiatives.
It would be advantageous if you have been a Trader and understand what large B2B clients will be expecting from a growing exchange platform.
What you'll be doing:
Working closely with the newly appointed CPO. You'll be offering your advice across your years prior with Payments.
You'll be building a strategy and vision whilst at the same time be getting in the weeds with your design and dev teams and understanding what works for your customers.
Always be keeping an eye on new/ future trends and you'll be willing to bring this to the attention of the CPO/ CEO at a moments notice.
