Who are they:

Since it's inception in 2017. The business now has 1 million DAU who trust this business with both their FX, Fiat and Crypto assets. They have added 60 heads this year and now have 140 people dedicated to building the best products in this space. The team is diverse and based across Europe. They are also regulated by the FCA.

Who are you:

You'll have come from a high growth Financial based business. Ideally you would have experienced a few years in a business who were in high growth. Both in terms of headcount as well as business/ people operations.

You would have deep understanding of C-Suite operations and will be comfortable with a CEO/ Founding team who are finding their feet and are happy to take your lead in building out the HR/ People function.

What you'll be doing:

Expect the first 30 days to be a pure fact finding mission. See what happens in day to day ways of working and making notes and understand where the business can improve. You'll have regular daily and weekly syncs with the CEO, CFO, CTO and Chief Product Officer.

30 days and beyond is where you'll start to increased employee engagement, implement a new recruitment and DE&I process and be responsible for implementing business compliance and improving payroll systems.
