Key Responsibilities:
A seasoned professional with a diverse skill set in Product Management.
Extensive experience in a Leadership Product Management role, as a significant portion of the day-to-day responsibilities will involve hands-on tactical work with one or more teams.
Pioneering the first Product role in their organisation, you will have the opportunity to define the entire Product Management ethos and culture for the company. The existing Product Management team are domain experts in the hedge fund and finance industry, you will be the first Product hire reporting into the CTO to bring “Lean Product Culture and Thinking”
While initially comprising 20% of your responsibilities, your role will evolve to build and shape a PM organisation over the next 3-5 years.
Limited line-management in 2024, but expected to expand significantly in the future.
Establishing and scaling the operational implementation of their Product Vision, Strategy, Execution, User Research, and User Experience.
Approximately 40% of your time will be dedicated to developing and implementing robust Product Operations processes.
This role has the potential to evolve into the Chief Product Officer (CPO) position.
You will lead the entire organisation on this transformative journey, working closely with the CEO and leveraging your expertise in Product Management.
