numi are partnered with a VC-backed start-up pushing for supply chain transparency and reductions in carbon emissions to find their Founding Engineer! They're taking an innovative approach to tackle climate change, but need your expertise to take them to the next level 🌎🚀
What will you be doing?
Continuing to build cutting edge backend infrastructure for Geospatial tools and carbon emissions-tracking technology, whilst also setting up scalable payments gateways for customers! You'll also be working to maintain security infrastructure and building complex data pipelines.
Whilst the team is still small right now there's lots of plans for growth, so we have scope for this position to transition into a leading role to start building out the engineering team.
What we're looking for...
An experienced Backend Engineer with a skills in Python, Typescript, GCP and any additional experience with DASK or SPARK in beneficial.
Preferably, you will have a track record in building and delivering complex greenfield projects with strong knowledge on data visualisation requirements and the payments field!
