Director of Product (VP Product)

You will take ownership of designing and delivering tactical and strategic initiatives, involved in the end-to-end product strategy at the forefront of innovation in financial products and services.

As Director of Product you will:

• Set the strategy and align the product vision
• Scale the platform in different markets, bolting on additional features
• Directly manage a team, build, coach and motivate
• Design and build the product and technology roadmaps
• Build and iterate on both the consumer-facing fintech app and the B2B proposition
• Operate successfully in a fast-growth company
• Work well in a venture-backed company
• Move fast, using rapid product iteration techniques
• Collaborate with the engineering team to put out tried and tested processes and frameworks to up-level the larger organisation
