As a Senior Contract Recruiter joining our founding team, your knowledge and expertise will be respected. You will help us shape our contract team by building big with two £1m billers and get the opportunity to fully immerse yourself into future strategies around growth, hiring and emerging new markets. To be frank – you will be a really important hire for us.

How will you be working with us?

• You will source and support candidates to develop their careers
• You will win business by being agile and knowledgeable – a true partner for your clients
• Manage, nurture and develop our existing clients by collaborating with other numi’s
• Share your expertise with others to help support their development
• Build an enviable book of runners, and support them by becoming part of the wider community.
• Showcase your personal brand as well as representing numi by elevating your position in the market through events, seminars and meaningful engagement
• Have a clearly defined progression pathway to either Senior Principal or Team Lead. We will work with you to get you to achieve your goals, whatever they are.

What we are looking for:

You should have at least 12 months experience as a Senior, and be well-established in your market for at least 12 months (2 years in total).
