Engineering Manager Hybrid (Kraków) - £90,000-100,000 - 4 day week optional

numi are partnered with a game changing proptech scale-up on a mission to help homeowners make the most of their properties and maximise earning potential 🏠🚀 They've handled over 250,000 bookings in 8 countries and they're only just getting started!

Having had great success, they're now looking to launch some brand new applications and products to continue the upward trajectory. Working as the new Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for kicking off and managing multiple greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities...

• Managing and developing 2 engineering squads (backend and frontend)
• Working closely with the Leadership team to define a new technical strategy
• Building new features for the web app while enhancing the performance of current APIs
• Acting as technical lead and highest point of escalation for engineering challenges
• Hiring and recruiting new additions to the engineering function

To Succeed You'll Need...

• Advanced Python skills (additional React/React Native experience is beneficial)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• A continuous learning mindset and a passion for helping others develop
• Customer-focused approach to engineering
